Note: Been working hard all week and feeling stronger but feeling worried the scale won't reflect the work. So far only showing a .9 loss since Monday. :/ Trying to remember the first week is usually the biggest week for numbers.

Exercise: zero....went from work, to work meeting to UFA meeting and then home late. Exhausted
3-9-14Today was the hardest day so far in my weight loss journey. I had an event to attend and I should have planned better but all in all I chose healthy foods and passed up the sweets. I guess that counts for something. Exercise didn't happen until almost 11pm but it still happened. LOL Not sure what the scale will show on Monday but I have done my best with this crazy crazy week!

Exercise: Struggling to find a way to balance work, family and exercise on Friday. Wanting to exercise in the morning but really struggling to get up since daylight savings time started. ugh!

Nutrition: Remembered veggies and fruits but probably at too many carbs during our family barbecue. Feeling frustrated with myself. Trying not to self loath.
Water - almost there but didn't make it. ugh!!!
Exercise: Nope! Between work 9:45am - 2pm, getting ready for our family barbecue, taking Camden for stitches in his eye and then coming home to a house full of family somehow exercise didn't happen. After clean up and helping my family I feel asleep on the couch at 10pm.....totally spent! Gotta find a place for exercise on Fridays and Saturdays. Trying not to feel discouraged. I need to remember why I am doing this and to not give up on myself. I can do this!!!!!

Woke up this morning throwing up. Today I had water, sprite, coke, crackers and soup and then dinner. Feeling better tonight. Hoping this little "bug" is gone for good.

Been a pretty good week. I switched to weight watchers way of eating and it is giving me so much more freedom. I have had to make cookies this week for different things and I have to admit I ate more than I should but I am hoping with my extra points I am allowed each week I am still ok. :) I have to remember that even when I make a "healthier" version of a recipe I still can't over indulge. Bad habit that I am trying to work on.
